Copyright & Trademark Permission Request Instructions

Please review the instructions below and submit the Copyright & Trademark Permission Request Form to request permission to reproduce copyrighted materials and/or trademarks owned by the Slimey Crud Motorcycle Gang. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing; incomplete forms will not be processed.

Copyright

Unless specifically stated herein, or specifically stated on the materials, no copyrighted material or other Slimey Crud Motorcycle Gang content may be performed, distributed, downloaded, uploaded, modified, reused, reproduced, reposted, retransmitted, disseminated, sold, published, broadcast or circulated or otherwise used in any manner whatsoever without express written permission from the Slimey Crud Motorcycle Gang or copyright owner. Any modification of the content, or any portion thereof, or use of the content for any other purpose constitutes an infringement of the Slimey Crud Motorcycle Gang’s copyrights and other proprietary rights.

Printing Handouts
