The Dane County Humane Society’s 2nd Annual “Ride for Pets” charity ride to help raise funds and awareness for the Dane County Humane Society is on Saturday, August 7th, 2010. The 112 mile ride starts at the Engelhart Center at 12 Noon and concludes at Quaker Steak & Lube in Middleton at 5pm with dinner and drinks as well as prizes and other activities. There is also a brunch at the Branch Street Retreat from 10:30am to 1pm.
The ride is a 112 mile route that includes a poker run with several stops along the way at various establishments and scenic areas. You are welcome to follow the route or make up your own. Just remember dinner is at 5pm at the Quaker Steak & Lube in Middleton so don’t be late!

We’ll also be giving away a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R at the conclusion of the ride at the Quaker Steak & Lube in Middleton. The motorcycle is provided by the Engelhart Center.
